About Us
We understand that pain and injury can have a profound impact across your life, from being unable to engage in sports or exercise to preventing simple but important activities of daily living such as playing with a grandchild. That is why we take a compassionate and caring approach that starts with listening carefully to your whole story to fully understand the problem and your treatment goals.

We take you through a detailed clinical evaluation to help form a diagnosis and establish current fitness levels. A plan of treatment is developed together in partnership that connects your journey to the present and then where you would like to be. We use expert hands on techniques, individualised exercises rehabilitation and education to help maximise outcomes while building strength and resilience that gives you confidence and tools to prevent recurrence.
Founder and Director
Stephen Panchal, BSc (Hons), MSc, MCSP, HCPC
After graduating from University in 2014 with a First Class Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Physiotherapy, Stephen spent several years in the NHS working across acute hospital wards before specialising in sport, orthopaedic, and musculoskeletal practice. He quickly progressed to senior clinician, working to help people across the age and fitness spectrum recover and rehabilitate from pain and disability. This ranged from getting injured elite GB athletes back to peak performance, through to helping people recover from occupational pain or better manage long-term conditions such as osteoarthritis. Stephen's passion and enthusiasm led him to specialise further and complete a Master's degree in neuromusculoskeletal practice while maintaining full-time clinical work. This enables him to apply advanced clinical knowledge and skills to give individuals the strongest possible chance of achieving successful outcomes through evidence‑based interventions. Building on this foundation, Stephen is now undertaking a PhD focused on spinal conditions, with the aim of improving clinical decision making and patient care in real world settings. This work not only deepens his expertise in one of the most common and complex areas of musculoskeletal health but also ensures his clinical approach remains at the forefront of current scientific understanding. Alongside his studies, Stephen has completed and published empirical research in international peer reviewed journals, contributing new insights to the fields of assessment and diagnostics. Before training as a physiotherapist, Stephen worked as a mountain leader guiding expeditions both in the UK and overseas. He also spent several years serving with the MOD across the globe. From these experiences, Stephen has gained a deep understanding and insight into health, injury, and recovery, which has shaped his approach to helping others, ensuring they receive compassionate care and expert guidance. Alongside private practice, Stephen holds an NHS role as an advanced musculoskeletal practitioner. In his spare time, he likes walking or climbing in the mountains, but most of all, loves being with his three young daughters.
